Calendar
Plan & CreateYour Calendar gives you a clear visual overview of your workspace schedule. It’s where you can plan projects, set milestones, assign deadlines, and schedule content to publish directly to your linked social channels (this feature is Coming Soon).
It’s designed to feel familiar but powerful - blending the simplicity of a calendar app with the intelligence of the creator workflow.
How to plan shoots, edits and uploads on one schedule with the calendar, and link events to projects. Watch the tutorial (1:22)
Tour
When you open your Calendar, you’ll see your workspace’s shared schedule.
Top Left:
- Prev / Next: Navigate between months or weeks.
- Today: Jump back to the current date.
Top Right:
- All Members dropdown: Filter events by member or see everyone’s.
- Year / Month / Week / Day switcher: Change how much of your schedule you see at once.
- Add (+) Event: Create an event.
- Settings (⚙️): Adjust your Calendar preferences.
Each calendar entry displays the event’s name, type colour, and time. Clicking an event opens its details panel.
Adding Events
You can create a new event in two ways:
- Double click directly on any date or time slot in the calendar view, then fill in the event details.
- Press the Add (+) icon (if visible in your view) to create a new event manually.
In the event creation window, you can:
- Name your event
- Invite Members - you can add more than one
- Link a Project
- Set a Start and End Date and Time, or tick All day
- Select an Event Type (e.g., Task, Project Milestone, Scheduled Post)
- Add Notes or instructions
- Tick Mark as Project Milestone (shown once a project is linked) to add the event to that project's milestones
Click Save to confirm. Your event will appear immediately for all workspace members.
Event Types
Each event has a Type to help you categorise and colour-code your schedule.
Default event types include:
- Deadline: Major milestones or delivery dates
- Meeting: Collaborative time
- Scheduled Post: Auto-generated when you schedule a video via Media or Project
- Reminder: Simple reminders for individuals or teams
- Task: Action items assigned to team members
- Milestone: Key checkpoints within a project
You can customise and manage Event Types within Calendar Settings.
Editing and Managing Events
To edit an event, click on it to open its Details Panel. From there, you can:
- Update the title, description, or time
- Change the invited members
- Add or remove the linked project
- Change the event type (colours are set per type in Calendar Settings)
- Delete the event
Edits sync automatically across your workspace.
Drag and Drop
Events can be rescheduled by dragging them to a new date or time slot directly on the calendar. In the Week view, you can also drag the top or bottom edge of an event to change its duration (this works in the Day view too). Changes save automatically and sync across your workspace in real time.
Linking Projects
Events can be linked to Projects for full workflow visibility.
For example:
- Setting a milestone in a Project creates a Milestone event.
- A project's due date and its task due dates also appear as Milestone events. If a task's due date or name changes, its milestone updates too.
- Personal and workspace tasks in your Tasks list don't appear on the calendar.
Linked events show the project name on the calendar.
Calendar Settings
Click the Settings (⚙️) icon at the top right to open Calendar Settings.
Here you can:
- Manage and colour-code Event Types (in the Event Types tab)
- Toggle between Week starts on Monday/Sunday
- Adjust your Display Timezone
- Enable or disable event notifications
Event types and the week start are saved for the whole workspace. Your display timezone and notification choice are personal and only affect you. You'll only see the Settings icon if your role lets you edit calendar settings.
Filtering and Collaboration
You can filter your view to focus on what matters most:
- All Members / Single Member → Choose whose events you want to see.
All workspace members with the right permissions can add, edit, or view events. This makes it simple to coordinate publishing schedules, deadlines, and tasks together.
