Mobile Proposals

Proposals are Deaku's built-in way for creators to pitch and agree on collaborations. The Proposals tab (the handshake icon, fifth in the bottom tab bar) shows all proposals involving you.

The Proposals list

The list is split into three tabs:

Each tab shows a count badge when there are items (e.g. "Received (3)").

Pull the list down to refresh.

Proposal cards

Each card in the list shows:

• Title - what the collaboration is about
• Status badge - the current state (see below)
• Type badge - the proposal category (e.g. Brand Integration, Collaboration, Job Offer)
• Date - when the proposal was created
• Other party - their avatar, display name, and @username

Proposal statuses

Opening a proposal

Tap any proposal card to open the Proposal Detail screen. Swipe to go back, or tap the back arrow (chevron) in the header.

Proposal detail

The detail screen shows the full proposal:

• Title (large, at the top)
• Status and type badges
• Date created
• From / To section - avatars and names of both parties
• Initial Proposal - the description the sender wrote
• Additional Details - any extra fields the sender filled in (displayed as labelled rows)
• Attachments - the attached files, which you can sort by type, name or date. Tap a file to open it: images and videos open in the app, audio plays in place, and documents download

Accepting or declining a proposal (Received tab)

If you are the recipient and the proposal status is Pending or Replied, Accept and Decline buttons appear at the bottom of the detail screen:

Accept: Tap the green Accept button. A confirmation alert appears - tap Accept in the alert to confirm. Congratulations! The proposal moves to Accepted status.

Decline: Tap the red Decline button. A confirmation alert appears asking you to confirm. Tap Decline in the alert to confirm. The proposal moves to Declined status.

You can only act on proposals where you are the recipient and the status is still "Pending" or "Replied". Buttons do not appear for proposals you sent, or for proposals that are already accepted, declined, or removed.

Opening the proposal chat

Every proposal detail screen has an Open Chat button (purple, with a message icon). When the Accept and Decline buttons are showing, it becomes a smaller message icon beside them. Tapping it opens the proposal's conversation thread in the app, where you can discuss the collaboration in more detail, negotiate terms, and leave comments.

If you sent the proposal, you can send messages once the recipient has replied. Until then, the chat shows "Waiting for the recipient to respond before you can send a message".

Notifications for proposals

You receive a push notification and an in-app notification whenever:

• Someone sends you a new proposal
• Someone replies to a proposal
• A proposal you sent is accepted or declined

Proposal notifications appear in the Notifications tab with a handshake icon. Tap the notification to go directly to the proposal detail.

To manage proposal push notifications, go to Settings > Notifications > App Notifications > Proposals and toggle the switch.
