Feedback

Deaku is built by creators, for creators, with creators. The Feedback button at the top right of every page lets you share your thoughts directly with the Deaku team - helping shape the platform into the perfect tool for your creative workflow.

Your feedback - whether it's a feature request, bug report, or suggestion for improvement - helps us evolve Deaku in real time.

How to Give Feedback

1. Click the Feedback button in the top-right corner of the page. On smaller screens, you'll find Feedback in the menu under your avatar.
2. A pop-up window will appear titled "Give Us Feedback."
3. Type your thoughts, suggestions, or issues into the text box.
4. (Optional) Add a screenshot to illustrate your feedback - especially useful for reporting bugs or visual issues. You can add up to 5 images (JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP, 5MB each) by clicking to upload or pasting them in with Ctrl+V / Cmd+V.
5. Press Submit Feedback to send your feedback directly to our development and product teams.

You can also click Cancel if you change your mind - your input won't be saved unless you press Submit Feedback. If you need to check something mid-way, minimise the pop-up instead - your draft will be kept until you come back to it.

What You Can Share

We welcome any type of feedback, including:

• 🐞 Bug reports - if something isn't working as expected.

Every submission goes straight to the Deaku team by email and is reviewed by our product team - we may reply to you by email. High-impact suggestions are prioritised for testing or roadmap discussion.
