Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a high-level overview of your Deaku workspaces, tools, and data. It’s your starting point for navigation and productivity.

Top Left: Switch between Workspace and Community views. You can switch workspaces using the dropdown menu beneath the Deaku logo. You can also return to your Dashboard by clicking the Deaku logo.

Top Centre: Use the toolbar to go back or forward, and quickly access your Dashboard, Projects, Media, Canvases, Calendar, and Strategy within a Workspace. The cog at the end of the toolbar opens Workspace Settings. In Community view the tools change to Connections, Find People, and Proposals. To the right of this toolbar are your Notifications and Tasks.

Top Right: Find the Help Centre, submit Feedback, toggle Dark/Light Mode, and open your Profile menu, where you will also find Settings.

Left Sidebar (Chat): This is your communications hub.

In Workspace view, switch between workspaces you’re a member of using the dropdown. Access workspace settings using the Settings icon. Beneath, access workspace channels and direct chats with team members. Use the search bar at the bottom to search the chat for messages and users. Collapse or expand the Chat using the toggle.

In Community view, access chats for Communities you are a member of, direct messages from users outside of your workspaces, and group chats with other users.

Centre: Here you will see a customisable overview of your active workspace. Tool tiles provide quick access to that workspace’s Projects, Media, Canvases, Calendar, and Strategy, plus a My Tasks tile showing your to-do list - click its title to open Tasks. Drag the tiles to rearrange them.

Right Sidebar (Deaku Assistant): Your AI assistant lives here. Browse your chat history, start a new chat, switch between Assistant and Agent, open the chat in full view, or collapse the sidebar with the toggle. See Deaku Assistant for more.

Search: There is no single workspace-wide search bar. Use the search bar at the bottom of the Chat sidebar to find messages and people, the search bars inside Media, Canvases and Projects to find items there, or ask Deaku Assistant to find something for you.
